Participant Agreement

This agreement governs your participation in a Stage Multiplier production day.

Reservation & scheduling: Your slot is confirmed upon payment. Rescheduling requests must be made in advance; specific windows will be confirmed at booking.

On the day: You agree to arrive prepared with your content and wardrobe as outlined in the intake checklist. Production timing is structured to maximize your usable footage.

Deliverables: You will receive edited footage as described in your chosen package. Turnaround times are communicated at booking.

Licensing: You receive a license to use the delivered footage for your own promotion. The Stage Multiplier may retain the right to use anonymized production stills for its own portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Conduct & safety: Participants agree to follow all on-set safety and conduct guidelines provided by the production team.
